Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This policy explains what information Orvnix (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the early-access and investor forms on agent.orvnix.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Early access: your email, and optionally your name and company.
- Investors: your name, email, and optionally your firm and a short message.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (such as your IP address) is used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention; we do not build profiles from it.
For aggregate traffic insights we use privacy-friendly, cookielessanalytics (Plausible) that don't collect personal data, don't use cookies, and don't track you across other sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your early-access request and coordinate onboarding.
- To follow up on investor inquiries and share materials you ask for.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
How it's stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are accessible only to the Orvnix team through server-side credentials. We may use a transactional email provider (Resend) to alert our team of a new submission. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing admin@orvnix.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we'll honor valid requests.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), restrict database access to server-side credentials, and apply rate limiting and a web application firewall at the edge. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
