Early access and inquiries

Submitting a form does not create a contract or guarantee a spot, a meeting, or a response. We onboard a limited number of teams per cohort and follow up at our discretion.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the Site, its forms, or its infrastructure.
• Don't use automated means to flood or scrape the Site.

Intellectual property

The Orvnix name, logo, content, and design are owned by Orvnix. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvnix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll revise the “last updated” date above.
